TeNesha McGraw, MBA, MLS, CFCP is the Founder and CEO of Proposal Powerhouse R&D and Technology Solutions, LLC, a strategic consulting firm focused on procurement, contracting, proposal development, and growth strategy.

With more than 17 years of experience across federal, healthcare, and private-sector environments, TeNesha has supported over $250 million in contract awards and advised on complex acquisition, compliance, subcontracting, pricing, and proposal initiatives.

She founded Proposal Powerhouse to help organizations pursue growth with greater discipline, clarity, and competitive positioning. Her leadership approach combines procurement intelligence, strategic analysis, and practical contract expertise to help clients evaluate opportunities, strengthen capture strategies, and compete effectively in complex markets.

TeNesha holds an MBA, a Master of Legal Studies from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and the Certified Federal Contracts Professional credential.
